Our network of medical providers will review and respond to your chart and medical questionnaire within 24-hours after placing your order. When your prescription is approved, it will immediately be sent to the pharmacy, where it will be filled and shipped. Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy after 2pm CST will be processed next business day. On average it takes about 1-2 business days to process your order. Once processed, your order is shipped based on your preferred shipping method. Delays can occur if the physician needs to schedule a secondary telehealth appointment.
